Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy for items without personalization. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We cannot accept returns for any personalized items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all included accessories returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at spicydodo@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges for "change of heart" returns that are not damaged.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our studio. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Payment Plans
We offer payment plans for those of you who contact us through our social medias that want an item but cannot afford it all at once. Any deposits or payments made towards your items are non refundable. There is no minimum payment required, but you do need to make at least one payment a month to continue with your payment plan. Failure to make a monthly payment or at the very least communicate with us, after 90 days the order will be cancelled and no refunds are issued. Any issues that may come up for you, please contact us. We are here to work with you.
Custom Commissions
A lot of our work includes custom commissions. This means if you want something and you do not see it in our shop, or would like to customize a shop item further you are able to commission it. As mentioned above in the payments section, payment towards a custom commission is non refundable. Once an item is commissioned, we get right to work on it, investing our time and your payment towards materials to produce your item. Since commissions are highly customizable, often with features that make it unique to you (example: adding your name, a logo, saying, etc.) returns are not accepted on these items whatsoever.
