I am not sure if my order was filled out correctly, what should I do?
Contact us ASAP, we almost always deal with our customers through text so you are welcome to contact us ANYTIME. As soon as you put in your order we get to work on it so your request is time sensitive. We recommend everyone contact us when requesting custom artwork.
For example: You're not sure your photo uploaded, gamertag was entered incorrectly, or the price isn't adjusted to upgrades, please confirm with us ASAP. If you wait until we did the work, we don't mind making the changes but we will have to charge for labor and materials used!
Even if you are sure you did the steps correctly, we highly recommend reaching out to us to double check for you before we start production on your item. Better to be safe than sorry!

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Once the customization process has begun, depending on where we are at in the process, we may or may not be able to make your changes. Contacting us is quick, super easy, and convenient with any of our contact methods listed below!

You can reach us the fastest by using any of these 3 methods;
Quick and Easy- Use the "Chat with us" button at the bottom right of your screen. It will pull up a DM window directly to us.
Best Availibility- Join our Facebook Group or Facebook Page and message us through messenger!

How long does it take to make and ship my item?
Item production really depends on what exactly you're purchasing. If you're purchasing an item listed on our site that is ready to ship, your item will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Some ready to ship items have a little bit of customization, for example: an ascendent cryolamp has a holo plate that needs to be made upon you placing your order.
More customized items like Xbox faceplates can take anywhere from 2 weeks to two months. It completely depends on what exactly you're wanting and how much labor is involved with your plate. A lot of times you guys ask us for wild ideas and we are here to make it happen, sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error and when you give us free range for production time, we can really shine and provide the absolute best quality for you.
Some commissioned items may take longer but we would negotiate all of that with you.
